Happy Holidays!
I enjoy this time of year, not for stuff and hectic busyness but for slowing down and reflecting. And, as always, learning, growing, evolving, and changing.
I have been participating in a year-long wandering medicine wheel journey that just wrapped up. I just completed an article on this transformational experience and the Spirit name I was given, which I will post on Sunday/tomorow.
A friend, and fellow EFT Practitioner, introduced me to Picture Tapping. She let me know that Philip Davis, its creator, was offering training at the end of October. She told me he has been talking about retiring. Life was already full with a Permaculture Design Certification course I am taking (finishing in February 2023), but I decided to fit it in. I am so glad I did- it is a beautiful fit for me!
Picture Tapping combines EFT/MeridianTapping and drawing a series of images (which can include shapes, scribbles, stick figures, etc.) to work towards the resolution of an issue we chose to work on. It uses the power of metaphor and imagination. Coloured markers or pencil crayons are most often used.
I am excited to offer Picture Tapping- individually or in a group. On January 26th/23, I am starting monthly Picture Tapping Group Sessions - (click on the link to join me!) on the last Thursday of every month from 4:00- 5:15 PST and 7:00-8:15 EST (a suggested $20-30 CAD donation).

I am also considering doing the second Picture Tapping Group every second Monday of every month at 11:00-12:15 pm PST and 2:00- 3:15 pm EST. Please let me know if that is of interest.
With Group Picture Tapping (held on Zoom), I guide participants through a series of five pictures. No one else can see your images, know the issue you are working on (unless you want to share it at the end) or hear you as you will be muted. So it's very private. I have been blown away by the results!
I have not been doing a lot of writing this last month because there just has not been time, though ideas are constantly flowing.
I hope your lives are FILLED with wonderful, exciting, fulfilling things and people! And LOTS of nature time!
Warmly,
Tamara
Loved the picture tapping we have done.
